Corporate Travel Management was established in Brisbane in 1994 by founder Jamie Pherous, and a team of just two staff. It was our goal to offer the market an innovative and refreshing alternative to the global travel managers established in Australia and New Zealand. Since inception, our core values have remained the same; providing a highly personalised service, developing innovative and flexible client solutions and a commitment to demonstrating a positive return on investment for our services.
Since then, the company has grown to become one of Australia’s largest travel management companies and, in late 2010, became successfully listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). In November 2013, we expanded into Asia with the acquisition of Westminster Travel.
Nowadays, the company operates across in 53 countries globally. The company maintains its administrative base in Brisbane today.
Corporate Travel Management continues to be recognised as travel management provider of choice globally, having won a number of travel industry and innovation awards including the Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA) ‘Best National Travel Management Company in Australia’ ten times and the TTG award for ‘Best Travel Agency Hong Kong’ (Westminster CTM).
